Return & Refund Policy

All products at Ukhti Violet are made to order through our print-on-demand partner.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Colour variations due to screen differences

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• There is a printing error or quality issue

To lodge a claim, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We'll assess it and arrange a resolution in line with our supplier's policy.

As required by Australian Consumer Law, we will always provide a remedy for products that are faulty or not as described.
